Proses Perceraian


There are a few process of divorce.  They are:
  1. Carta 10: Proses Kes Permohonan Cerai (Secara Talaq dengan Persetujuan Bersama)
  2. Carta 11: Proses Kes Permohonan Cerai (Tanpa Persetujuan Bersama)
  3. Carta 12: Proses Kes Perceraian Secara Ta'liq atau Fasakh
  4. Carta 13: Proses Perceraian Secara Tebus Talaq
  5. Carta 14: Proses Pengesahan Lafaz Perceraian di Luar Mahkamah
For my case, I am following the second Proses. Carta 11: Proses Kes Permohonan Cerai (Tanpa Persetujuan Bersama).
